Over the past 150 years, historiography has invented two lines of falsification and establish them in the foundations of Armenology.
First line – Introducing a wide audience to non-Armenian Urartu
Second line – Inclusion of the Armenian language into the Indo-European language group.
The first line seeks to “substantiate” that the Armenians are not natives of the Armenian Highlands, that before the arrival of the Armenians, non-Indo-European “Urartians”, “Hurrians”, “Subarians” and other various tribes lived here.
The second line seeks to “substantiate” the fact that the Armenians emigrated from the European homeland of the Indo-Europeans and settled in the Armenian Highlands after the fall of Urartu.
These two false lines deprive the Armenian people of the right to be considered the authors of their culture, created in the Armenian Highlands from the early Iron Age to the Upper Paleolithic.
My work is aimed at revealing the falsity and inconsistency of these views, substantiating the views of the indigenous people of Armenia on the basis of archaeological and ancient written sources.
Among such works is the unpublished monograph “Ararat Country of Kings and Gods”, an excerpt from which I posted on my page at academia.edu. It is dedicated to the IV ÷ I millennium BC. Correction and verification of Haik names ((URARTU, ARATTA, ŠUBUR, ARMANNU, URI) given in cuneiform sources.
It will be very difficult for an untrained reader to understand the principle of cuneiform interpretations. However, I am confident that a patient and consistent researcher will overcome this difficulty, will be able to understand the general meaning of the work, the main conclusions and collect the necessary information.
