En cette seconde journ\u00e9e Ashot Ghoulyan le Pr\u00e9sident du Parlement de l\u2019Artsakh et pr\u00e9sident du groupe parlementaire \u00ab Artsakh-France \u00bb ainsi que Gut Teissier, pr\u00e9sident du Cercle d\u2019Amiti\u00e9 France-Artsakh ont d\u00e9voil\u00e9 au Parc des Combattants la plaque de la liste des villes et d\u00e9partements li\u00e9s avec l\u2019Artsakh par des chartes d\u2019amiti\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Ashot Ghoulyan a dans son discours affirm\u00e9 que la liste des villes et d\u00e9partements de France li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019Artsakh par une charte d\u2019amiti\u00e9 va s\u2019allonger prochainement. Il a \u00e9galement remerci\u00e9 les d\u00e9put\u00e9s et \u00e9lus Fran\u00e7ais qui soutiennent cette amiti\u00e9 entre la France et l\u2019Artsakh et le Cercle d\u2019amiti\u00e9 France-Artsakh.<\/p>\n<p>La d\u00e9l\u00e9gation fran\u00e7aise est conduite par Guy Teissier, pr\u00e9sident du Cercle d\u2019Amiti\u00e9 France-Artsakh. Elle comprend des parlementaires membres du Cercle tels Val\u00e9rie Boyer (LR), Dani\u00e8le Cazarian (LREM), Mohamed Laqhila (MoDem) et d\u2019autres qui ne le sont pas comme Jean-Pierre Cubertafon (MoDem), Guillaume Kasbarian (LREM) ou le s\u00e9nateur Pierre Ouzoulias (PC).
