“If Armenia wants to improve its relations with Israel, then I think that Israel will not refuse anyone to this intention. But one thing must always be remembered: Israel will never help a single bullet to the enemies of Azerbaijan. Remember: not a single bullet. This was stated by former Israeli Deputy Minister of Defense Efraim Sneh.
According to him, Israel cannot supply Armenia with anything that it could use against Azerbaijan.

Speaking about what modern weapons Israel can offer to Azerbaijan, the former deputy minister of defense of Israel said that Israel is not so stupid as to openly discuss such issues.

We must expand our friendship and cooperation also in the fields of culture and science, not limited to the formal side, the defense sphere. You know that Azerbaijan is annually visited by a large number of tourists from Israel. So, Israeli tourists visiting Azerbaijan see how rich are the culture and heritage of Azerbaijan. This is a very good basis for a further expansion of bilateral relations, in order to bring relations to the next higher level.
