On the appointment of the Commander of the Eastern Territorial Union of Defense Forces of Western Armenia
Based on:
* Law of 21 January 2014 on the Structure of the State of Western Armenia, the Status of Deputies in the National Assembly of Western Armenia and the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly of Western Armenia,
* Law of 11 January 2018, Armenian Defense Forces Establishment Act in Western Armenia,
* Decision on the permanent, armed and positive neutrality of the Armenians of Western Armenia and Western Armenia, March 29, 2011,
* Decree on the Establishment of Armenian Self-Defense Forces of Western Armenia, December 26, 2012,
* Resolution of the Security Council of the Republic of Western Armenia on the formation of Armenian Defense Forces of Western Armenia, 08.01.2018,
1. Appoint Aram Andreasyan, Commander of the Eastern Territorial Union of Defense Forces of Western Armenia.
2. Designate the Eastern Union Commander to submit the structure, personnel, work plan and approval of participant requests in accordance with the form adopted by the Regulations on the basis of which they have approved and submitted the participant certificates.
3. Make sure the participants are citizens of Western Armenia.
4. Recognize that the Eastern Armenian Union of Western Armenia is established on a regional basis under the command of the Security Council of the Western Republic of Armenia and the Ministry of Defense of the Western Republic of Armenia.
5. This Decree shall come into force upon signature.
