According to verified reports, the Tatars of Nakhichevan and Ordubad, after the massacre of Upper Agulis by Turkish and Azerbaijani officers led by Khalil Bey, Edif Bey and others, brutally stabbed the entire population of Upper Agulis. 400 people were killed in Upper Agulis and 1,000 in Lower Agulis.
The population is massacred, with the exception of 20 beautiful girls who have been distributed to officers as gifts. Rich Peyan’s 16-year-old daughter is served by Edif Bey.
Both the Inner and Upper Agulians were completely unarmed and kept themselves extremely loyal, but that did not save them.
The promotion of the Tatars to Goghtan continues. The remains of the residents of Goghtan are being pulled to Meghri. The massacre took place on December 25.
The population of Zangezur is deeply angered and demanding radical measures to remove Turkish and Azerbaijani officers and governor from Nakhichevan. They can hardly contain them.
In response to the suggestion of a key to the Shurnukh Highway to Shapan, the Tatars asked to send delegates. The five delegates sent were brutally killed. The sentinel sent to free them was subjected to the Shunukh Tatars’ rifle and machine gun fire.
