Documents released from the US official archive prove Azerbaijan’s anti-Armenian policy

The Armenian Council of the United States (ANCA) has obtained documents proving Azerbaijan’s anti-Armenian policy. These documents were contained in the secret archive of the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the State Department.
In the published documents, the anti-Armenian and hate-spreading policy of Azerbaijan, which has been maintained for decades, is clearly revealed.
One of the CIA archival documents states that the organization ‘The Children of Islam büyük played a major role in the massacres of Armenian residents in Sumgayit.
In a report he wrote to President George Bush in 1990, US Secretary of State James Baker states that the new radical power of Azerbaijan has implemented its anti-Armenian policy and that in 1990 it organized Armenian massacres, especially in Baku.
