Armenian Foreign Ministry expressed regret because of the severe earthquake in Turkey has issued condolence telegram from the official accounts.

January 24 hour 20.55’t the epicenter of a severe concussion that occurred in Turkey Elazig Sivrice district. According to Kandilli data, the earthquake occurred at the magnitude of 6.8. The earthquake felt in a very large region from Kilis to Samsun to Iraq to Syria caused destruction in Elazig and Malatya. According to the statement made so far, the number of people who died in the earthquake increased to 35, while the number of buildings destroyed was 72.

In the statement made by the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs after receiving this sad news, “We express our deep regret to the families of those who lost their lives in this terrible earthquake.
