The Forum of Armenian European Unions (FACE) calls for a meeting of the UN Security Council to discuss the dangers associated with weapons of mass destruction, primarily biological weapons. This is especially true now, when the activities of the bio-laboratories of the great powers (USA, China, Russia, Great Britain, India, etc.) are practically uncontrollable, despite the UN Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production and Stockpiling of Bacteriological (Biological) and Toxin Weapons and their destruction.
These developments at the modern level of genetic engineering allow you to create viruses that selectively infect representatives of certain anthropological groups.
In advance, the unit is vaccinated with antiviral serum and, if necessary, participates in local battles.
Such viruses can mutate in the human body, which can negate the action of the corresponding antiviral sera. Such developments should be prohibited, and control mechanisms should be fully operational.
We urge members of the UN Security Council to impose tough sanctions on states that are launching a biological war, and demand that the parties sign a common communiqué banning biological weapons of mass destruction.
