Compatriots,
About four years after the hostilities in 2016, the enemy again resorted to force, believing that in this way it would be able to resolve the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict in its favor.
On the morning of September 27, the Azerbaijani army attacked the entire length of the line of contact after rocket-propelled grenade launchers and ATS strikes.
At the moment, the Defense Army units are successfully thwarting the enemy’s plans, inflicting heavy losses on the enemy.
We have known these programs for a long time, their essence can be expressed in one word – to evict Artsakh and Armenia.
Rest assured, this time my opponent will fail. Victory will not be easy. True to his nature, the enemy will target peaceful settlements and civilians, he will not distinguish between a soldier and a child, a caregiver and an elderly woman, an adult man, a “helpless old man.” We are all his targets. Victory will require a surge of strength and iron unity.
Now all the disagreements, all the views, all the opinions must be put aside. Our goal is one: to defeat the enemy by all possible means, to strike a crushing blow to his armed gangs, to destroy his military infrastructure, if necessary, to expand the security zone and impose a final peace.
We must all work together to accomplish this task.
Our victory has no alternative. We protect the graves of our ancestors and the future of our children. We defend the right of our ancestors to live on land.
The whole Armenian people is with us.
Justice is with us.
God is with us.
The victory will be ours.
