The advance of the enemy was stopped by the precision mine fire of the Artsakh Defense Army units
At 13:30 in the direction of Karvachar the enemy tried to retrieve the bodies of its servicemen killed in a gorge the previous day using smoke shells, however was thrown back by the accurate canon and mortar fire of the Armenian side leaving two more bodies.
At 13:40 in the same direction, the enemy forces made an attempt to infiltrate with a group of 30 people using smoke cover. Again, the advance of the enemy was halted by the precision mortar blows of the units of the Defense Army, with the enemy incurring losses and retreating to forming-up positions.
At 14:30, again in the direction of Karvachar, concentration of the enemy was observed in the battle positions. Friendly forces detected enemy concentration efforts in time and eliminated 4 enemy servicement who were trying to take cover.
The operational situation in Karvachar and other directions is under the control of the Defense Army units.
