DECLARATION OF ARMENIANS OF ARTSAKH (NAGORNOI AND PLAIN) Armenia needs to be clarified with the world community
AND WESTERN CASPIAN
Armenia needs to clarify the following issue with the world community (in particular, with Turkey and Russia). Is it possible to resolve issues in the modern world through genocides and patricides, and can the historical territories of any people, taken away as a result of genocide and patricide, be considered the legitimate territories of the conquerors?
Today they talk about delimitation and demarcation of borders between Armenia and Azerbaijan. What borders are we talking about !? About the borders drawn as a result of genocides and patricides !?
Turkey allegedly stands for stability and peace in the South Caucasus, and in this regard, initiated a discussion of the situation in the South Caucasus at the diplomatic forum in Antalya on June 18, 2021. These are the next steps of the 130-year-old Turkish genocidal machine after the so-called. Turkish-Azerbaijani “Shusha Declaration”. Representatives from Armenia have also been invited to the forum in Antalya.
Note that at the moment there is no official information and it was not possible to clarify whether the Republic of Armenia really received an invitation to take part in this event, and if so, whether it will be accepted.
Having tried to justify the aggression of Azerbaijan against Artsakh, the Turks, arranging a blockade of Armenia, decided to shift the responsibility for the affected side, that is, on Yerevan.
Armenia should apply to all possible international instances and courts to clarify the issues raised.
Below is a brief history of the reported Genocides and the actions of the states and forces involved.
The Armenians of Artsakh (Upland and Plain) and the Western Caspian region (the present artificially formed, the so-called Republic of Azerbaijan) have been subjected to genocide (Medz Yeghern) three times over the past hundred years. At the beginning of the twentieth century – from the Ottoman Empire together with the Caspian Turks, and then from the Kemalist Turkey, with the tacit consent of both Bolshevik Russia (relying on the illegitimate and anti-Armenian pact Lenin-Ataturk) and the allies in the Entente. At the end of the twentieth century, the Azerbaijan SSR, which had sworn allegiance to the Lenin-Ataturk pact, committed genocidal acts – massacres and ethnic cleansing of the indigenous Armenian population throughout the entire territory of the Azerbaijan SSR, including Artsakh (Nagorny and Plain Karabakh). Today’s Russia to this day also has not abandoned the shameful and illegitimate Lenin-Ataturk pact.
And the military aggression unleashed by Azerbaijan on September 27, 2020 against the Republic of Artsakh and the Armenian people, which lasted 44 days, is another act in the long chain of crimes of the genocide of the Turkish-Azerbaijani 130-year-old genocidal machine against Armenians and all humanity. Turkey and militants from terrorist groups from Syria and Libya, as well as Pakistan, Israel and other countries, openly participated in this terrorist war in a coalition with Azerbaijan. The committed genocidal actions affected not only the Armenians of Artsakh, but also, once again, against the refugees of Armenians from the Western Caspian Sea region and from the Middle East, who found salvation in Artsakh more than thirty years ago.
On June 16, 2021, the leaders of Turkey and Azerbaijan, during their meeting in the occupied cultural capital of Artsakh, the city of Shushi, proceeded to legalize the right to the territory and cultural heritage of the territory itself, acquired as a result of the Genocide and the destruction of the autochthonous Armenian population of Artsakh and the indigenous peoples of the entire Western Caspian region.
All this is happening with the tacit consent of the centers of power, as well as countries that declare their loyalty to human rights, but in fact do not even react to obvious genocides.
In fact, everything that mankind has created for allegedly maintaining peace and security on the planet – the UN Security Council, the CSTO, NATO – are direct participants in the crimes committed. All these organizations
are guided by their own selfish interests. And the only ones who dared to prevent the genocidal actions are volunteers, mainly from the descendants of the Armenian Genocide survivors, who are tried in Baku with the consent of the same world rulers, so that no one in the world would think to do this in the future.
The worst thing is that this happens with the amorphous reaction of the Armenians and the servile behavior of the political field of Armenia, serving all kinds of ugly external forces.
The current reality indicates the final loss of the principles of justice and any foundations of negotiability in the realities of today’s world. This reality dictates the formation of an attitude towards such a world as a relationship devoid of any obligations. The Armenians of the Western Caspian Sea region (as part of the so-called Republic of Azerbaijan) will themselves shape the contours of their future, interacting with those social and national groups that have still preserved civilizational values coming from the depths of the centuries.
The rest of the piece of socio-political reality should be seen as something worthy of being sent to the dustbin of history. The inevitability of this is dictated by what happened not only with the Armenians, but also with many other indigenous peoples of the Greater Middle East, driven into the same situation as the Armenians by the same main actors. And hardly any of the inspirers, organizers, performers, recipients of dividends from this monstrous act of destruction of peoples and cultures – the beginning of anthropocide, will be able to avoid the same fate that they imposed on others. The pledge of this is the curse of millions of people, which they also called upon.
As 100 years ago, so now, the organizers, accomplices, and designers are the same forces.
