Azerbaijan has begun full-scale military operations against the Republic of Artsakh. This was reported by the official representation of Aratsakh in Armenia.
“At the moment, the capital Stepanakert, other cities and villages are under intense shelling,” the report says.
Let us note that earlier the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan reported that “Azerbaijan has begun anti-terrorist measures of a local nature in order to restore the constitutional order. The command of the Russian peacekeeping contingent and the leadership of the Joint Turkish-Russian Monitoring Center were informed about the measures taken.”
