azerbaijan continues to consistently destroy the Armenian heritage of Artsakh. now they are turning the Surb Haroutioun church in Berdzor into a mosque. The Artsakh State Council for the Protection of Cultural Heritage will inform about this.
It will be noted that the videos published on social networks confirm this fact. There were doubts about turning the church into a mosque since 2021.
“Now the church is surrounded by masks, and construction works are being carried out in the area,” the council informs.
Before that, the azeri side had published the project of the future mosque. According to the project, the Church of Saint Harutyun will be turned into a mosque with two minarets.
