About the conceptual ways to get out of the current situation created around Armenia and the subject of negotiations with states and international structures

The issue of compensation for the material losses suffered by the Armenian people during the First World War.
In 1919, according to the calculation of the Special Committee operating within the Special Commission of the Paris Peace Conference, the material losses of the Armenian people during the First World War amounted to 19 billion (19,130,982,000) French francs, which today is 286,964,730,000 billion euros or 312,791,555,700 billion US dollars.
Until today, the Republic of Turkey has not compensated the Armenians for that amount.

Security issues of South Caucasus republics, Armenia and Georgia.
The two republics of the South Caucasus, Armenia and Georgia, seem defenseless against the far-reaching and highly dangerous modern plans of Pan-Turkism, which are being promoted by Turkey and Azerbaijan. That situation is complicated and aggravated in connection with the issue of the political orientation of the mentioned republics. A question on which the USA, the European Union, and Russia have disagreements.
The security issues of the South Caucasus republics, Armenia and Georgia, can be settled if the superpowers accept, recognize and guarantee the decision they made regarding the Permanent Armed Neutrality of Armenia and Georgia.
Here it is appropriate to remember: that the Republic of Azerbaijan has been a member of the ”Non-Aligned Movement” since 2011, but this did not prevent it from actively promoting Turanian projects, joining the Council of Turkish States, participating to create a unified Turanian army, as well as signing a strategic alliance with the Russian Federation in February 2024.

The question of another platform for dialogue between the USA, the European Union, and Russia.
One of the platforms for dialogue between the USA, the European Union and Russia can be formed in the South Caucasus, when these powers recognize, accept and guarantee the adoption of the Permanent Armed Neutrality Decision of Armenia and Georgia, and on those grounds form not only an island of peace, but also another stable platform for dialogue in the South Caucasus.

The issues of the decree adopted by the Russian government, the Mandate of Armenia given to the USA, and the Mandate of Cilicia given to France.
On the eve of the formation of a new world order, it seems that it is the right time for Russia, the USA and France to remember the decisions they made regarding Western Armenia, the State of Armenia and Cilicia. Also, the European Parliament has an obligation to revise the 1987 the resolution “On the political solution of the Armenian Question” adopted on June 18.

The issue of condemnation of Pan-Turkism.
The theory of pan-Turkism is a very dangerous, aggressive and nationalist theory, which is a great threat to all the peoples and states of the Middle East, the Caucasus, Asia. Including for peoples and states of Turkic origin. Pan-Turkism cannot be controlled, it is an uncontrollable theory. Pan-Turkism is capable of turning any region and state into chaos, including all the above-mentioned regions. In that sense, it is more correct to prevent the threat than to make superhuman efforts to neutralize it later.
The theory of pan-Turkism, as a dangerous, aggressive and nationalist theory, should be condemned and banned, like fascism.

The question of establishing stable peace in the Middle East.
The only way to establish stable peace in the Middle East is to implement the rights of Armenians and Kurds in life according to the decisions of the Paris Peace Conference. The political decisions made until today in order to establish peace in the region have not been effective. In fact, there is a need to implement and implement the already made decisions, and in some cases, to make new quality legal and political decisions.
In the current military-political situation, it seems appropriate to recall again the part of General Harbort’s report, where he mentions the importance of accepting the mandate of Armenia offered to the USA. He concludes: “Better to spend millions on care than billions on future wars.” Of care, that is, mandate.
It is also very relevant to examine the “Balfour Declaration” adopted by Great Britain and the World Zionist Organization on November 2, 1917, and signed by Prime Minister Lloyd George and Theodore Herzl. It is a document according to which they examined and analyzed the Armenian Question in detail, but decided to create a Jewish state, ignoring the issue of creating an Armenian state.
By the way, Poghos Nubar Pasha and Avetis Aharonyan were invited to the discussion and signing of the “Balfour Declaration”, but they were deceived by saying that the Armenian Question would also be addressed. That’s it… until today.
