Children’s Online Summer Programme
The future of Western Armenian language and culture depends on raising a new generation of Western Armenian speakers. The experience of establishing our Society of Western Armenian Speakers Juniors sessions has inspired us to create a new initiative, one which will bring our teaching methods to a new age group and sow the seeds of the Western Armenian language in young minds around the world.

This year will see our first Children’s Online Summer Programme, our first programme teaching Western Armenian to 8-12 year-olds.

This groundbreaking initiative is part of a much larger project – that of creating a platform to bring Western Armenian to learners of all ages and abilities, especially young learners. Using interactive games, conversation and storytelling, this new initiative by the Centre for Western Armenian Studies will create a new and exciting environment for children to engage with the language.
